Stayed Dec 25, 2025Absolutely lovely little place, well equipped warm and comfortable in a tranquil location of calm and quiet…..you can see the wild rabbits playing ….lovely walks from the cottage ……not far from Bridlington if you want those kind of amenities….there are several pubs serving food in the village and a local Co-op for essentials ….large supermarkets about 15 minute drive away…..the fact that the cottage had everything we needed made this holiday ….. a real joy to stay there …..

Stayed Oct 19, 2024Booking process with VRBO was awful & I would never use them again but the property was lovely. Great communal space, well appointed, clean & property owners were great, goods comms & very prompt response. We are going again next year!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was warm and cosy, plenty of space for our family. The facilities were very good. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location is great, just a short walk to the dramatic cliff walks to Flamborough Head and Bridlington. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay in Seagull cottage and hope to go again sometime. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and we especially appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen. It was in a good position on the edge of the village with access to wonderful cliff top walks. Many thanks, the cottage made our holiday. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely clean well equipped cottage. Really enjoyed our stay. No worries regarding the cleanliness, which I would have appreciated it if somebody else had reasured me with the covid-19 pandemic and would have saved me alot of stress!! We were able to relax, took lots of nice walks, enjoyed the coastal paths and small bays around the headland. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped. All in all a very nice week, I'm sure we'll be returning. Thank You Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A comfortable and well located holiday home. Easy access to the cliffs, within 10 minutes walk. A few minutes to the local shops. Well equipped. Just one slight niggle in that the floorboards and doors upstairs creaked and the thin walls allowed you to hear everything. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a delightful cottage! So relaxing and tranquil. The owners have made it very cosy and inviting, with extra finishing touches. We fell in love with it. A walk through two fields takes you to the cliff top where you have the beautiful sea view. In the village we had lovely meals at the Rose & Crown and the Seabird Inn. A fantastic week, didn't want to leave.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at SeaGull Cottage for a week in April and had the best time. The Cottage had all and more that we needed. The flowers and wine were a lovely touch and made it more homely. Its within a row of cottages within the above photo. The village is only 5mins away. Surrounded by fields and horses, Cliff tops and great walks. It a fab base for easy access to Whitby, Scarborough, Filey, Sewerby Hall, Bridlington, York and so much more. Very friendly locals and we even brought a boat planter, you will see them around village filled with flowers. We will defiently return as we ran out of time. Best Fish & Chips also, a truly memorable holiday.
