This detached property is centrally located for the shops, pubs and restaurants, and is within walking distance of the beach. Flamborough Head lies between Bridlington and Filey and is a bird watchers paradise. Birds travel in their thousands to Flamborough every year, so you can see the interesting array of sea birds that cling to the chalk cliffs here. The comical puffins are the most popular birds that nest here, and Bempton Cliffs is one of the best places to see them, especially between mid-April and mid-July. The village of Flamborough is a traditional fisherman’s village and although some fishing still takes place, the village now relies to a greater extent on tourism. Danes Dyke is close by, and a lovely walk along the cliffs takes you to this wonderful nature reserve.

The bustling harbour of Bridlington is only a 10-minute drive away and is still a busy fishing harbour, but is popular for its sandy beaches and rock pools. This very traditional, family seaside resort offers donkey rides, pirate boats and wonderful sandcastles. Sewerby Hall is set in over 50 acres of grounds where there’s a small zoo, gardens, playground and a wonderful cliff top picnic area. You can also catch the land train from here down to Bridlington. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards.

Love everything about this little cottage. Have stayed here several times before and will definitely stay again.Although there isn’t an enclosed garden for dog owners to use, there’s a public footpath about 4 minutes walk away, with a grassed area where you can let your dog do what it needs to do plus there’s a bin there! The cottage is warm, clean, comfortable and well equipped. There’s a spacious parking area. Situated in a very quiet area of Flamborough but not too far from local amenities and the cliffs. The owner is friendly and very helpful. Ideal base for days out along this beautiful coast line and the Moors.

Had a lovely stay in this cosy cottage. It's in a great position for walking to Flamborough cliffs & beaches. Very close to the villages many eateries & pubs too.

Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful location , home from home very comfortable , only negative feedback I would give is the need for mirrors in the bedrooms preferably near a plug socket , but on a whole a lovely little gem

Lovely property, however, sold to us as a dog friendly holiday, there is no secure area to let your dog out into to do its business etc! The mattresses are a little hard and you can feel the springs, a topper wouldn’t go amiss, but location is great for all the local amenities
