Drum House is a beautifully designed property spanning four floors in the seaside town of Dartmouth. Drum House has a large open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, the perfect social space during dinner time. A substantial lounge on the first floor with a plush comfy corner seater sofa and free standing chair, great for a cosy evening in watching a good film lounging in front of the gas fire. The second and third floors house the bedrooms and bathrooms catering for a full groupof six people, with one ensuite in the master bedroom, separate shower room and separate family bathroom. Drum House is located on a street set back from the main town centre, the property is less than 200 yards away from the shops, restaurants and cafes and is a level walk too!

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
