2BR Cottage 5 mins walk to Long Sands Beach

We had a great stay at Lauren's cottage! It was as described, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and appliances for making meals. It's a short walk to the beach and since we enjoy walking, we were able to avoid parking hassles, leave the car and walk to nearby restaurants/ice cream shops too. Lauren is very responsive, and she made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

The pictures can’t make clear how awesome this place is. It’s bigger than the photos too. The kitchen has everything, the beds and pillows are super comfy, there’s a washer and dryer. The deck and back yard are amazing after a day at beach. The beach is one street away, you can see it out your front door, even my five year old could walk there in under five minutes. It’s super quiet (we were there for the Fourth of July and it was still quiet!). We’ve stayed in other units in this house and this unit is hands down the best. Can’t say enough and can’t wait to come back.

This cute property was just a good size for my husband and me. The location is very good, close to the beach and shops, and the neighborhood is quiet. Everything about this unit was well-cared for, and the spaces were all very well-supplied. If laundry can be fun, the new washer and dryer made it so! We enjoyed the peacefulness of the back yard while using the deck. Communication with the owner Lauren was mostly prompt. There was inaccurate wi-fi info in our check-in instructions, but it was cleared up within a couple of hours. Overall, our stay was lovely, and we would certainly rent here again!

Clean place great for two people with room for guests. Comfortable beds and nice open living room! Kitchen has all the tools you need and the grill works great. Quick walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Truly felt like home.

Super clean, has everything someone could need (even a toolbox, corn holders, fans, games, extra phone chargers, kitchen stuff, decent knives, griddle) You name it, it's there. AC worked well, and the beds were decent. The cottage itself was small inside, but there is a nice fenced in back yard and deck for the kids to play outside. 2 parking spots, easy walk to Long Sands and a short car ride to Short Sands. Each bedroom has a set of drawers so just come with the necessities. Easy check in, fast wifi, and enough seatng for our little group.

We had such a fantastic, relaxing time! It could not have been better. It is a short, easy, barely 5 minute walk to the beach. The house has a great little deck and backyard. The house is also fully equipped- I brought paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, cooking spray, baggies… anything you might need, but the house had everything. They really & truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. We definitely enjoyed our week and would definitely stay again!

Property was super clean and in a great location. The owners were easy to reach and answered all questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything from pots & utensils, washer/dryer, plates/cups/bowls, grill, patio chairs/umbrella, coffee pot, toaster, and a bunch of little things. (Beach chairs, portable speaker, umbrella, extra blankets.) We all had a great time..drove in from NY. We would recommend and stay again! Oh..and perfect 5 min walk to Beach. :) Hosts were readily available for any questions or concerns.

Very nice location, well stocked with everything but linens. Washer/dryer on site, etc. Quick walk to beach and town. Will say that there were 3 of us. 1 adult and 2 teens and it was cramped a bit. Owner/manager was very nice and communicative. Had a very nice time, look forward to staying again.
