Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at DejaVu cottage and it was absolutely beautiful. It had a very cozy atmosphere which was light and bright; we loved the decor of the entire place. It had every accommodation that could have been needed without being overdone. It was extremely clean and organized, which made it very relaxing. Having a front deck along with a deck and fenced in backyard was nice to have the option of being in or out of the sun or wind. The outdoor spaces were once again very clean and well kept, with still having a real sense of privacy. We liked that there was a large capacity washer and dryer; both being so quiet that we could hardly hear them running. The DejaVu cottage was just around the corner from the boardwalk that went out to the pool areas and gorgeous beach. The infinity pool looking out over the gulf was amazing and the hot tub was kept at a perfect temperature. Everything about our stay was so perfect ... the gated community was so quiet and peaceful, the beach, restaurants and shopping close by, all very convenient so we could relax and spend our time enjoying all that was offered. Megan was so wonderful and asked that we contact her if we needed anything. We very much appreciated her thoughtfulness and kindness, we want to give her a huge thank you for seeing to it that we had the BEST TIME, which we did. We didn’t want to leave, and we want to go back again and again.

Our beach house was the perfect location for our family, and stocked with everything we needed. With two under 4, we loved having two beaches and multiple pools within walking distance and accessible for our beach wagon loaded with all the necessary pool and beach accessories! We were also within 5-10 minutes of the main strip for all food and entertainment. We will definitely be booking again for our next beach vacation!

Great location, so clean, and would definitely stay here again! Communication was so easy and the place had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the house was so clean. The close location to the beach and the pools was also really nice.

The property was clean upon arrival and had every amenity that we needed for the week. The included beach setup, bikes and other included activities were a big plus! Will definitely be returning next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first visit to Destin Pointe and Deja Vu did not disappoint! The house was perfect for 4 adults. The house was very clean and well stocked. The chairs and umbrella at the beach were perfect, we used them everyday as we did the bikes and the pickleball court. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Destin Pointe in the future. The only thing I'd suggest changing with Deja Vu is the front door lock, it's wonky and could be cumbersome to unlock/lock. It really needs to be changed out. We had a very minor issue on the day we checked and the property manager took care of it immediately and was super friendly.

The outside of the home was ok. The front porch floor was sticky and dirty. The. Backyard was overgrown and not maintained well. It looked as though the home needed annual/seasonal maintenance.
