Stayed Dec 27, 2025Our booking was fraudulent. Vrbo paid back in full with reimbursement, BUT they have no alternative accommodation policy. We had to stay in our car for nights till they paid our money back. Later we booked again with Vrbo and wanted to claim our reimbursement, BUT there was no way to claim/communicate with Vrbo in that regard. We had to go the route of cancelation to get our money back that we paid in good faith for the reimbursement.
