Stayed Jul 19, 2025This was a great house, with a great location; only 1 house from the beach access. The kitchen and “dining area” are not air conditioned, so those spaces were balmy, but the bedrooms and living room were all a very comfortable temperature. The walls are thick and noise doesn’t travel much!The kitchen and garage were both very well stocked for guests to use. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Had a lovely stay with extended family at this old, full of character house. The host is excellent , very responsive when we had a few questions. Everything was well-appointed, obviously a well-loved home, and as described, with plenty of space for the family in a quiet neighborhood steps from the beach. The only downside is that the kitchen area isn’t air conditioned so it got quite hot and was uncomfortable for meal preparation during the hotter parts of the day. Even so, we enjoyed our stay so much and it was such a good match for the extended family that we plan on returning, just not during the hottest weeks of summer.
