The property was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the lakeside property which also has plenty of lawn space for outdoor activities. As usual, the lake was crystal clear and while being a bit low this summer it still proceeded for many hours of swimming and paddling.

This rental is hands down one of our best VRBO experiences. The location of the house is amazing. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the kayaks and swimming in the Lake. The large lawn was perfect for lounging outside, throwing the frisbee and relaxing. We enjoyed long hikes in the morning (house is close to the trailheads) and would swim in the afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and the grill outside was much appreciated. Thank you so much! We would love to stay here again!!!

My family of 4 (wife, and two tween daughters) enjoyed ourselves at this great escape. Situated on Lake Willoughby this is a great camp with 2 bedrooms and everything you really need for a lakeside retreat. Inside, the cottage is small, but space out nicely. The main living room is spacious with enough room to spread out. We also very much enjoyed the enclosed porch on the side of the house. That was a great place to wind down at night with a book. Out back you've got beautiful Lake Willoughby with two docks and a boat house off to the left. That was a great spot to locate some kayaks and floats. We spent most of our time either in the lake, fishing or just being. We are already booked for next year!

We just love it here! The camp is perfect for us and lets us bring our dog. There's plenty of outdoor activities to do: swimming, kayaking, hiking, etc. Or just relaxing by the lake.

Property was clean and accommodating. Even our 2 dogs were welcome! Lots to do, or just hang out beside the lake.

This lake cottage was charming in every way! My family and I were so lucky to spend two glorious weeks here. Despite some serious flooding in vermont before and during our stay, we were comfortable and happy the entire time. Lake Willoughby is so beautiful, and the lakefront this property offered was private and spacious! We had a few days a heavy rain so we ventured to the museum of everyday life and then to Parker pie in Glover for lunch- both shouldn’t be missed! Devaney’s Produce stand and vintage shop is also a must do- we went there a few times for donut peaches, fresh strawberries, and vintage treasures. If you’d like a tour of the lake on a pontoon boat, give Fran a call (you can find her on Facebook). We had a delightful 90 minute boat tour around the lake which we all enjoyed. But mostly, we hung at the cottage, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The owners were kind and responsive to requests. We hope to return next year!!
