Stayed Oct 5, 2024The house is wonderful - modern and cozy at the same time. Very quiet neighborhood. Bonus is the ping pong table in the finished basement! Great location just north of Pearl St shopping and restaurants. Really nice hosts. Highly recommended.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024The house was comfortable & clean with lots of natural light. The best part was the location. Close to grocery & 20 min walk to Pearl St. Even faster using scooters or bikes. Host was very kind. Highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023My husband, daughter and I enjoyed this charming home over Family weekend at CU. We had quick access to coffee and breakfast shops two blocks away. Pearl Street is less than a mile away. Coffee on the wrap-around porch bordered by lavender was a real treat! Of note- there is not a washing machine and clothes dryer in the home. The homeowners were very responsive to all of our questions and needs.

Stayed Apr 23, 2022We had a lovely week in Boulder with our daughter. We met a lot of the neighbors and walked downtown and to the coffee shop often. The house was perfect for us and very clean and easy.

Stayed Mar 30, 2022We were totally comfortable here as a family of three. We had more than enough space, but I don't think I'd stay here with a bigger group due to the single bathroom. Communication with the host was great, the neighborhood is perfect, and the amenities are plentiful. There isn't laundry on site, so if you're planning a longer trip - pack heavy or be ready to use the laundromat.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If there was a chance to give this VRBO 20 stars, I would. We felt welcomed from the very start! Nicely appointed on every level. The neighborhood is very friendly; easily walkable. The owner made this stay extra special with their quick responses. We will be back!!!!
