Stayed Jul 29, 2025Very cute and comfortable cottage. Close to many beaches and walking distance to two restaurants. Check in was very easy. Very busy area with Matunuk Oyster Bar now set up across the street. Could not hear much of the noise inside the cottage but sitting outside in the evening was very busy. Could definitely use more hooks in the cottage and a microwave would be a good addition.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Very nice little cottage and had supplies that accommodated our stay. Frig could have been cleaner, I threw out sugar that had ants, and the pull out couch had stains when pulled out. we were not wanting to sleep on. Overall the rest was pretty clean and we had a nice time.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025Nice little cottage. Could use a few more supplies as toilet paper and soap.no top sheet on bed , just a bedspread. Also room for 4 people but not enough towels for 4. All and all cute place and wonderful hosts.

When you first walk in you can see the pride the owners take in providing a top notch rental in all aspects. Very short walk to beautiful east matunuck beach.
