Stayed Oct 16, 2025We enjoyed our stay on the river. Home was clean and accommodating. Parking was a little tricky and we were blocked in by duplex neighbors. It was a plus that we were able to have our boat and the fishing was good. Would recommend and stay again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Need to put boat in before trying to go to property, no room for boat and trailer.had to back tamdem trailer into driveway from street into culdesac and it just fit..22.5 walkaround.also needs more / better cleats at dock.after learning proprty we would stay again.excellent spot close to Hommassa springs.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Very clean & well stocked waterfront home, complete with manatees! Location was great for us to take a scalloping charter out of Homosassa, enjoyed dinner in Crystal River & tubing in Rainbow Springs. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again if we come back to the west coast of FL!
