Stayed Aug 23, 2025This was our 4th consecutive summer staying at this property. We keep coming back because it fits our needs perfectly. The cottage has all the amenities that we would want, is so well located, and always clean and tidy and functional. The owner communicates very well and in a timely manner.It's become our home-away-from-home and we hope to enjoy a fifth stay soon!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025The cottage is excellent for a family of 4. Everything is exactly as advertised. This was our first time in Pine Point and we really enjoyed it. It's near everything but much quieter than the Old Orchard area. There are a couple of restaurants that are a 1 minute walk away which is nice when you are not in the mood to go out. The beach is also a couple minutes walk away and was clean and not overcrowded. This is definitely a great cottage in a great location.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023This wonderful cottage was perfect for my husband and two grown children. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Cottage was very clean. Location is great a block or so from the beach. The view of the marsh in back was lovely when relaxing in the back porch. Jane was very responsive to any inquiries. We had a great time despite a hurricane threat and having such a comfortable place helped immensely.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023This cottage was the perfect place for our Pine Point vacation! It was immaculate, better provisioned than my own home with everything you can think of from night lights to paper towels! And the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the main road. Can’t wait to go back next year!

The cottage has an excellent location and proximity to the beach; it was quiet, clean and neat. Everything was functional with lots of well-thought and appreciated amenities. We hope to return again!

Stayed Jun 24, 2023This was our second time here so we knew how wonderful the cottage is! Lovely as ever, the cottage has everything you need for a perfect stay. The front porch and the sunroom on the back are fantastic to have and really added to the overall ease and enjoyment of our stay. Clean, cozy and well appointed we had a fabulous time. The beach is so close (a few minutes walk) and the view of the marsh is fantastic - a fabulous cottage for a fabulous vacation. Hoping to return next year!!
