Stayed Mar 24, 2025I have never been to such a lovely well-equipped holiday rental. Ed, the host, went out of his way to make our experience a great one. It is a really quick walk into the town centre whilst avoiding the parking problems in town. We can’t wait to return.

Stayed Oct 23, 2023We were so impressed with the property we'd definitely stay again. I stayed with my husband, 2 children (11 and 15) and our labrador. The house had absolutely everything we needed, had been thought out really well, lovely cozy decor and spotless. The welcome basket had lots of lovely things in it which was very much appreciated. Eduardo, the host, was really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, 2 minutes to Tankerton beach where we could walk the dog and 10 - 15 minutes into Whitstable. I don't usually bother doing reviews but we were really impressed so were keen to review this time!

Stayed Feb 2, 2023Amazing place to stay. The photos on line don’t do the property justice. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. There is everything you can want and more. Eduardo was a wonderful host and made us feel most welcome. The welcome pack was also a lovely extra touch. Would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022Beautifully presented property equipped with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Every detail had been thought of including a wide variety of beach equipment and a generous welcome pack. Communication with Eduardo was also very easy.
