Bustling Barmouth is also only a short distance away and has many eating, shopping and recreational facilities. Enjoy the beach and dunes, take a walk along the promenade or indulge in some fish and chips. An iconic feature of the town is Barmouth Bridge, a 150-year-old railway viaduct across the Mawddach Estuary. It is half a mile in length and has access suitable for pedestrians and cyclists. Nantcol waterfalls are just 2 miles away from the apartment towards the Rhinog mountains and offer a perfect place for a family picnic by the stream.
