Number 19 is a fantastically modern two-bedroom house located next to Dartmouth's Lower Ferry. Enjoy the property's location by being in close proximity to all restaurants, shops and bars. Number 19 is freshly refurbished to a very high standard with features that earn the title of a luxury property. Benefit from the automatic lighting, 52-inch TV that connects to the internet, brand new equipment throughout the whole property and high-quality furnishings. Number 19 has agarage directly next to the property for use by guests, this garage is controlled by an electrical fob and above the garage the property has a large paved terrace where you can sit and enjoy the glorious weather and views of the River Dart.


In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events, The Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and the Dartmouth Food Festival.


Ground Floor


Bedroom 1: The master bedroom. Wooden framed double bed (4’6’’) Two bedside tables and lamps. In the corner of the room there is a shower cubicle and a chrome towel rail. Tall chest of drawers with flat screen TV on top. A large wall mounted mirror and a free-standing clothes rail.



Bedroom 2: Single bed (3’) with truckle bed underneath. Two bedside tables and lamp, a slimline full-length wall mounted mirror, wardrobe with two storage drawers, a bedside table and a wall mounted flat screen TV. En-suite: WC, electric towel rail, hand basin with storage underneath, a mirror with led lights and a bath with handheld shower.


Bathroom: Light sensors, lights will automatically come on when you walk in, WC, wall mounted mirror, towel holder and a hand basin with storage underneath.


Kitchen/Dining room/Lounge: Open Plan


Kitchen: Built in microwave, extractor hood, ceramic four ring hobs, electric oven. fridge, Large chrome sink, cafetiere, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Very well equipped.


Dining: A glass topped table with four cream coloured leather chairs.


Lounge: Large two-seater sofa with 2 matching free standing chairs, foot stool, fireplace and a state of the art 52-inch wall mounted Smart TV with access to the internet and Freeview.





Garden: Large pave stone terrace above the garage. Follows from the living space, outside chairs provided.


Parking: There is a large garage connected to the property for guests to use free of charge. This operates via a key fob which you will find inside the property on the kitchen table.





Changeover Day: Saturday


Short Breaks: Short breaks are accepted


Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


Bedding and Linen: Bedding and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels if required) If you would like to use the truckle, please order the linen in advance.
