Stayed Jun 1, 2026Great location to access trails and Campobello Island. Loved sitting on deck to watch and listen to birds. Great spot on Johnson Bay to watch sunsets and go beachcombing. House has lots of character and all you need for an enjoyable stay. Rob always communicated well and offered so many suggestions on what to do during our vacation. Would go back there in a heartbeat!

Stayed Sep 14, 2025We loved our visit to the 1840s oceanfront cottage. It was our first trip to the Bold Coast area, and the location of the home was perfect for our area adventures. Rob, the property owner, was very helpful and promptly answered any questions. We slept really well in the comfortable bed, and we appreciated the charming decor throughout the home. Though cell service is weak in the Lubec area, the Wi-Fi in the house worked perfectly. We enjoyed the trail to the water and the lovely views and the bird watching from the beautiful deck was great!

Stayed Sep 7, 2023We enjoyed staying at your darling blue house. This was our 6th stay in Lubec. The familiarity with the area is uppermost. Your lovely home was very comfortable and well decorated and user friendly. The closeness to the water was fantastic. Walking on the beach with the tide out, we found small rocks and sea glass. With the view of Johnson’s Bay and the beach access, we were content to spend time relaxing at our home away from home. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped.
