There is a separate bathroom with bath and basin and a separate ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a living and dining room.Outside has a rear courtyard area for access. 18 Southtown is the perfect getaway for couples or walkers looking to enjoy the South West Coast Path.

A parking permit for use in the town centre car park in an unallocated space is provided until the 12th July 2026.
