Perfect location and size for two people. Good facilities and value overall. WiFi also worked well. Plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Bus service worked really well. One suggestion would be to have a key for the communal door, rather than a key code.

This is a very nice property, if perhaps a little small. However everything you need is there and the bedroom is actually quite sizeable. The location is excellent being just minutes walking from as many pubs, restaurants and shops as you like as well as windermere itself (lake and town). The only problem we had was another family entering the property half way through our holiday having been told they were in our apartment and been given a key for it. Extremely fortunate that we were there at the time otherwise I don't know what may have ensued. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Great location in very comfortable apartment and would love to stay again. Wanted to stay this end of the Lake to explore walks this end - have stayed at Ambleside a number of times. Went over on car ferry a couple of times to do new walks and also did some walking on the Dales Way. Think it would be useful to know about alternative parking before (details in brochure). We were advised that there was plenty of room as we have a long car, but there wasn't and we had to leave it partially sticking out because of the car behind being slightly forward and the bin behind them. Spoke to them (flat next door) and they left more space so we were able to squeeze in. Handy being outside entrance for taking luggage in though. Brochure is misleading as parking shown is for back of Lonsdale House. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Lovely place for a couple. Cosy. Extremely clean and comfortable. Has own parking place but it’s quite tight. My only criticism is there is no extraction fan in kitchen or bathroom. Ok in summer to open the window but wouldn’t like to do it in winter.

Wow a great location to stay. Great to have parking opposite the door to the apartment. The apartment was clean and well heated. There was no problem with the hot water. Everything you need to make a meal was in the well equipped kitchen. Looking forward to going back soon.
