    A truly perfect spot. Amazing area, walkable to everything. The suite had absolutely everything we needed and then some. The construction noise was a lot, but everything was so lively that it kind of blended in. The pool was incredible, never busy but with a group of regulars that were great to chat with. Will 100% stay again!

    This place was one of few to truly live up to the listing. The unit was clean and well maintained. The onsite staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to all of our favorite places to eat. MASSIVE balcony with table and chairs - where we ate breakfast and lunch everyday. Also 2 chez lounge chairs as well. I want to be clear that this place was as advertised! One thing we didn’t anticipate was the amount of noise. That is on us though. Just be aware that you are in the middle of everything….. which means, you are in the middle of everything. Bit of a double edged sword there.

    The property and door security met expectations and qualifies for 5 stars. Our experience with the property management company when compared to our experiences with similar condo rentals within the same neighborhood over the previous 20 years was disappointing. MyPVR rep is suspect and unprofessional, often crossing the boundary of concierge and side hustle opportunist. The complementary airport pickup involved an escort off the airport property to an Uber. The service ended up not being complementary as upon arrival at the Condo, the MyPVR rep asked for $60USD to pay for a roundtrip. (The MyPVR rep arrived in his personal vehicle for the return trip) The property listing included private parking as a feature and amenity. Upon arrival I was told there was an error in the listing. In order to receive the garage access card an additional deposit would have to be paid in advance to the MyPVR rep to cover the projected number of days parking would be needed. Upon returning the the garage access card the MyPVR rep said they could not issue a refund of the remaining balance of the deposit because the funds had been forwarded to the owner. Throughout the stay the property representative directed text communication to a secondary guest and made our guests uneasy with overly intrusive inquires into specific plans and timelines.

    Newer condo in great shape with all amenities you need and a great location right in the middle of all going on. Rooftop pool was perfect with shade and sun as needed/wanted. Quiet building in a busy part of town central to everything.

    This property is fabulous- it is right in the center of town- amazing to be able to take a morning stroll on the Malecon, dinner, shows at the Palm or Act2, or a (late) night out just a few short blocks from your front door. The home is beautifully appointed and furnished and the rooftop and building are meticulously maintained. Waking up to the incredible views from the full length doors was heaven on earth. We will absolutely stay again. Hasta Pronto!!!

    This property is perfect for a couple or small friends get away. And you honestly can’t beat the location. The building is quiet and the streets are busy with restaurants and bars. You can hear bar’s music across the street throughout the night but it’s not terrible. The property managers are great as well! We will definitely return and would recommend!

    We knew we wanted to stay In Oceana 602 on our trip to PV. We were going to buy into the building two years ago during construction phase, but circumstances changed that decision. 602 is perhaps the best property in Oceana. Beautiful mountain and ocean views from the open air covered veranda, to the beautifully decorated living space. Loved the property, and will stay again!
