We have it reserved for Nov 2025. The location is excellent. View is superb.A few things that could use improvement:Needs painting throughout. Dining room table needs replaced. Recliner needs to be replaced . Kitchen cabinets need upgrading including countertop.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the location of this condo! Very convenient and decorated so adorable! The only issues were cleanliness especially around baseboards and the condo was not equipped well in the kitchen with storage containers for food etc. I have been coming for years and my sister has stayed in this condo for many years so I know the couch has been there forever and you can feel the grime on it...should maybe consider cleaning it or replacing it.

The unit needs to replace the kitchen facet - if you don't turn it just right it keeps running water Needs replacing.
