Great location & wonderful property

This property was perfect to get out of town for the weekend with our dog. Being on the ground floor and access to the “backyard” to take our dog out was great. The proximity to everything we wanted to do in the area was perfect. Nice furnishings and appliances as well. Check out requests were very reasonable.

Perfect for our trip.

We booked the first floor, the day before we were told it was not available. Even though it had am elevator, it was a distance from the room. 4 of the 5 guests were over 60 years of age.

The condo was great but in order to get to the path to the river you had to walk to the end of the property, which was five buildings long, then to the river.

The condo was exactly as described and super clean. The hostess responded immediately to all of my questions and communication was excellent. The location is perfect for a peaceful quiet relaxing vacation and we loved how easily we could get to the river. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Everything was great as the last time. The owner was nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating! We would definitely stay again!

We booked this condo for a mini weekend getaway. Host was very responsive to messages and condo was great!

Everything was great, the only issue we had was the bed was super hard. I have a bad back and that was rough staying a week. There were kids stomping around above us, but there's nothing you can do about that, being 2 to 3 stories its expected. Other than that it was fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this experience. Communication was quick and easy. They were very accommodating and cordial. It is very spacious and clean. The corner spot with a shady porch was a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

We had such a great time. My three teenage boys enjoyed hanging out on the patio watching the deer in the mornings and evenings. Husband and boys also enjoyed the arcade games.

Family of 5 wanting to take a weekend get away. We stayed here based on reviews and it did not disappoint. Perfect place if traveling with pets! The kids enjoyed the pool and access to river. The wildlife even showed off for us. Short drive to restaurants and shops. This condo had everything we needed. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem on the river. It was so nice to find a great place that also allowed us to bring our dog. Suzanne was an awesome host and communicated with us every step of the way. It was quite refreshing to have stay somewhere that was well equipped with basic essentials and was exactly as described, if not better! We loved it and are already discussing when we might be able to visit again. Thanks for everything!

Good location, space and amenities.

My family took the grand daughters for a short spring break getaway and we could not have been happier with Suzanne's place. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 littles. They had a great time and the location was perfect for what we had planned to do with them. San Antonio was to the south and the Tanger Outlets were just north of the condo.We would definitely stay again.

We just came to Gruene for a quick trip and and this place did not disappoint. It was super clean, had everything we needed and more. We loved the heated pool and the great outdoor space, and our 5 year old is now obsessed with Galaga!! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our father passed away in January of 2023 and us siblings made a pack we would all still get together at least once a year. Oct. 2024 was the date we chose and this is the property we chose to spend our weekend together as sisters and 1 brother. We chose to cook and hang out at the condo and this place was perfect. We had a wonderful time playing games and spending quality time together. Nice and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone.

Quick trip, perfect condo for our needs, great location to the historic New Braunsfel, short 30 min walk to downtown, great shops, coffee, and live music, wish we could have stayed longer. You can also access the river within the property. Great location!

I am sorry to say my family and I were very disappointed. We did not get the unit that we paid for we requested a first floor level and ended up on a second floor level. This was very inconvenient for myself being a 83 year old handicapped individual with a dog of which I had to have my children take care of because I could not manipulate going up and down the elevator after traveling distance to even get to the elevator, very unhappy. I do know that someone stayed in the unit we were supposed to have been in. I do not appreciate the information that you told us why it wasn’t available.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is meticulously clean and dog friendly. The river access is right past the pool and there are plenty of tree roots to anchor your tube if you want to kick back and read or visit. Would we stay again? Absolutely and are already making plans for 2025!!!!

My husband, three boys (age 11, 9, and 9), myself and our two pups enjoyed staying at this spacious condo. We loved tubing the river. The dogs loved walks near the woods and jumping in the water. Our boys made lots of friends at the pool. We’ll definitely stay again.

Condo was perfect for the three of us. I had a flashback to my time at Southwest Texas when I ventured out into the river behind the property and chilled out…can’t wait to get back!
