I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sefarer is our home away from home for us. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It is in a great location and there is so much to do nearby. Some of the units have been updated while others still need to be updated. All in all it is a great place to be for the week.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Parking was the only thing that was bad .the contract says 2 parking spaces and it only had enough room for a compact car.

Noticed non-renters coming and going

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Okay great spot on the beach. But the condo cleaning was not good. A lot of sand and dirt on floor, wife cleaned ceiling fans before she would sleep under them. Back sliding door lock would not work. Had to request a new air filter for ac unit ( it was totally clogged with dirt and wrong size for unit allowing the unit coils to stay dirty, owners may want to ck that out). It could be perfect with a few small updates, provide more bed linens, blankets and cleaning. Staff was responsive and nice. Hard to not like being on the beach but for the price I expected cleanliness.
