You need a getaway! 1st Floor Alpine Village Condo. Walk to town!

The home was dirty. I have over 50 pictures. The dryer was not connected to the outer vent so it was exhausting dryer air into the house and could’ve potentially been a fire hazard. My husband and I spent two hours fixing it messaged the host and have not heard anything from him and I’ve given him my email and my phone number. All I wanted was a little bit of a rebate back because my mom paid a lot of money for this trip for it to be so dirty and for me to have to clean I have pictures for proof. I hesitated to do this review hoping to hear back from the host but never did otherwise this would’ve been definitely a bit of a better review. Had he gotten communications with me about these issues? Do not recommend

We loved our stay here in Leavenworth, great location, lots of space, right across from alpine coaster, short walk into town we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean unit. Close to town. We were able to walk across the street to ride the Alpine coaster.

This property is wonderful! It is super clean and updated. Perfect for a family of four. Air conditioning works amazingly. The Adventure Park is across the street, you could literally walk there from the back door. Everything is pretty much reachable by foot from this condo. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Very quite, convenience, close to town

Terrific place to stay- short walk to town, great patio and grass space outside door, handy ski/bike room (although we did not need it).

Clean and comfortable. Not even ten minutes walk to downtown. Awesome property and location.

Loved how quiet our stay was! Being able to walk to town from the condo saved us the parking fees charged downtown. The host was very responsive.

Nice, neat, clean. Well equipped. Fireplace didn't turn on, needed new batteries in remote but took from bedroom. Had problems parking as the snow bank made it hard to get in parking spot. But would tell anyone to stay thereIf I were too go to Levenworth again, would stay there.

TV in main room was hard to use and if you didn’t have your own streaming subscription you were very limited on what you could watch. Bed was a little too soft. Kitchen was well stocked with about everything you could use.

This is the 2nd time our family stayed here. We enjoyed it both times. Close to town and the Golf Course, which was a bonus. Having the new roller coaster ride right down the street was a plus too. Condo is well furnished and very comfortable. Definitely recommend for your next visit to Leavenworth.

We enjoyed our time in Leawenvorth and the short 2 night stay at the property. It was clean, organized and had great communication/instructions with the owner. Will definitely come back.

Lovey unit that was clean and spacious. very nice to be able to have in unit laundry. Easy walk to town. Extra street parking available was a plus since we had two cars. Would absolutely return.

We realize we didn't pay a huge amount to stay here and it was fine but a few things need addressing. First we didn't get the code to enter until the morning of our styaayand not until after I called. The toaster had a loose element and we almost had an incident before it blew itself out! The microwave light was burned out, other lights are burned out. We understand it is personal preft but flannel sheets onhid-a-bed in summer isn't pleasant. Very noisy across street at adventure park. Room a/c freezes one room and doesn't reach the others. Just not great. Wouldn't probably stay here again.

Nice, clean condo! Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Well equipped for all of the amenities that you can't bring on a plane. Quiet neighborhood! Loved our time in Washington!

We had a great time. We were in Leavenworth for the Special Olympics and only needed the space at night. It was a good location close to town and the venue. The teapot was broken but there were pots to make hot water. The kitchen sink faucet was tough to use for some reason. Very stiff. We would rent this space again though.Thanks!

For the price, this unit was prefect for our family. It was well equipped to meet our daily needs. 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom was great to keep the peace with our kids. Unit is on the very west end of town, so keep that in mind in the winter. It can be a little bit longer walk to the town square with icy sidewalks. Was not an issue for our family though. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Covered parking stall was very appreciated when we did get several inches of snow during our visit.

The location of this condo is ideal and it felt very spacious for a family of 5. However, there are many areas of the condo that need TLC, listing said there is a bbq so meals were prepped around that but upon arrival there was no bbq, host was very slow to respond.

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. We appreciated the covered parking and the location was decent. The (approximately 1 mile) walk to downtown was manageable, even with kids and in the snow, but a section of the sidewalks were not cleared to the complex, which made it a little dicey (NOT the owners’ fault, just a note to other families planning to walk in the snow). It would have been a perfect walk in warmer months! We could not get the TV in the living room to work, but that was not a big deal. The Christmas tree in the living room was a nice touch and the washer/dryer were life savers. We found everything we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway for a family of five!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Location, apartment, closeness to winter entertainments , to Leavenworth . However, if there are more than 4 people of you this place wouldn’t be good to you, cause sleeping sofa is not in the condition to sleep on it. But if your group is up to 4 people I would definitely recommend it.

This was a nice, clean place to stay for our family of five. We loved that it walking distance to town.

We weren’t sure of the layout of Leavenworth before booking, and this location ended up being on the opposite side of town from where our friends were staying, but it was an easy (if brisk) mile walk into the town center for restaurants and shopping. The condo is located almost right across the road from the Coaster. When we arrived, the condo was quite chilly, but we turned up the heat and the temperature adjusted quickly. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens. There was enough hot water for us to take 3-4 showers in a row. The kids reported the twin mattresses were fine, but if you have the main bedroom and are at all particular about your sleep, you might want to bring your own pillow (and/or even a topper) as the mattress and pillows felt very thin.

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was easy access to the bus and shuttles to get to Oktoberfest. Near Icicle Lane but didn’t notice much road noise. Place was clean and good amenities. A couple of issues need looking at by property management (flickering bulb in kitchen, no fan in the bathroom near the front door) but most things worked well. Beds were pretty comfortable but they could use some new, firmer pillows. I forgot my orthopedic pillow so I was a bit uncomfortable and the provided pillows were a little flat for my needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans, but make sure to bring some coffee to make in the coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again during future visits. Great home-base for Oktoberfest celebrations.

Property manager provided easy to follow instructions. Great location to access downtown Leavenworth or quick trip to amazing trails.

Good location and comfortable

Perfect place to stay near downtown. We had family that went on the Enchantments trail and it was close to that. Other Family members were golfers and the course is right down the road. Our stay was perfect for our trip around Washington

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! A good location (close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy some quiet) and a great property. Clean, well-stocked, and comfortable.

Just about everything was more awesome than we thought it would be. Our group of three moms, who each brought one young kid, had a great time!

Super clean, great location, nice kitchen, nice back patio, lots of seating, had everything we needed and really thoughtful extra touches. Beds could have been softer but that may be a personal preference. The front door lock was a bit tricky to close and lock. But neither of these things would keep us from coming back. Just a few little tiny issues overall a truly lovely place to stay. Host was very responsive.

Great place very clean, great location, parking stall very tight unless you have a small car. Very quiet area.
