Stayed Jan 21, 2026I was not even sure I had a condo The first cancel my booking so I made reservation at other condo never got confirmation. they call me when I was about a hour awayI was surprise I had planed to get a hotel But before all this I was communicating with AI WHICH WAS A JOKE look it up i am sure it is in your computer somewhereI could not find a number to talk to anyone !!!! I got up there everyone was very nice and I am complaining they said I was not the first ,it happens all the time Then I got in the condo it was nice and clean my booking was Wednesday night till Sunday morning I LEFT early FRIDAY NIGHT The furniture was a joke when I go back to a condo I want to relax I think that is normalthe furniture in the living room was hard and stiff it was like furniture from a funeral home in the 70'sif I owned this condo I would put decent furniture in it instead of getting it from a yard sell or goodwillvery sadand I have stayed at this complex beforeso the condo was very poor the owner needs to sell it so someone can put the right furniture in it I forfeit Friday night and Saturday night due to the condoi do not see my self rent here again if i can not talk to someone and that is a fact

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Overall our stay was good. Close to the convention center and large rooms. The resort is renovating rooms which is much needed. The indoor pool was not heated which was a disappointment since when had to get into a very cold pool with kids. If you have an event at the convention center I do recommend.
