Wyndham Glacier Canyon - 2 Bedroom

So much to do! It is a very nice place to stay with everything you could want to do on a fun vacation. The food was just ok though.

Great Stay!! Exactly what we were looking for on our trip!!

Booked and it was cancelled hours before check in. We arrived at the resort ready for a vacation and it was cancelled by seller?

The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was amazing from the moment I booked. Great experience!

Everything was great during our stay. We enjoyed having access to all of the water parks. The showers have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully equipped. The balcony is spacious and the fireplace was a plus! The staff was friendly and the check in process was smooth. I would definitely come back with my family!

This is our 8th year here. Highly recommend for a fun indoor waterpark with amenities and entertainment.

property needs to make it much more easier to navigate between the three Indoor Water parks when taking the skywalk. Maps aren't that great and maybe change the color of walls and carpet when going through to a certain water park.

3 nights at the Wilderness resort was the perfect amount of time. The two room deluxe was the right size with plenty of room to relax. Be prepared to walk to get to the water parks but it is all connected through indoor walkways and they have a shuttle if you prepare. I recommend brining a FireStick for the TV if you want to stream channels.

We absolutely loved the unit and the in unit laundry was a lifesaver! The location was great for access to all the water parks. We had an issue with dirty linens and the property was responsive to correcting and cleaning. Definitely recommend booking this unit!

Great resort amenities. We go here every spring break and are familiar with all the activities and amenities, just with the staff would be trained more on there own offerings before automatically jumping to “we don offer that here” as answer. We do stay on the Wyndham end, room was not as clean as I feel it should be and found some stuff that makes me feel like the focus has shifted from quality to quantity.

We had a great trip staying at this place. Definitely recommend for families! Having the kitchen and ability to do laundry was great.

The Vrbo app was excellent along with the host had no problems there. Our issues were with Glaciar Canyon hotel itself. We have been there many times and usually a pretty good experience. We kinda feel they slacked a bit this time around. The front desk didnt really direct you to your room as well as they should and we met alot of people in the hall trying to find there way around as well. Also had a bad pot smell in the room and called the desk and it just seamed brush it off. Said they would have someonecome spray something never did. The shops are way overpriced for necessity items, so bring anything you think you will need.

We were in a handicap accessible room with two bedrooms. The jacuzzi tub was a big hit with my youngest. There was plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. We lived having the kitchen with simple tools to cook. The washer and dryer was great also.

Like staying in the Condo's. This one was closer to the overpass to get to the waterparks which was an added bonus with little kids.

I would never rent from this owner as they cancelled our reservation which was paid in full one day prior to our arrival with no explanation. I would hope VRBO would discontinue to allowing the owner to list property. this is hiw thry behave.
