Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice. The kitchen could use more pans for cooking . The ones that are there are old and food sticks to all of it. There could be more utensils, both cooking and eating. The coffee pot was not working. Outside of these issues it was pretty good. The sofa bed was not all that great, but then most aren’t.

We had a wonderful time. It was a great location! The pools were amazing. The condo had everything we needed!

The properties were clean and well maintained although one units AC was not as effective as others, we rented four properties. I would recommend this property. We enjoyed being close to Schlitterbahn Water Park. Restaurants were awesome in the area: Blacks BBQ, Krause Café, Adobe Café, Buttermilk Café especially good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and comfortable with a great view. However, it is also advertised as having security guards 24-7. We heard screaming so loud it woke us up from our sleep and we called the cops. The cops mentioned they had been called multiple times by other guests before arriving. I gave the information I could, but I never saw a security guard and the screams I heard made me very concerned for the lady's safety. Safety trumps comfort and not sure if I will stay at this location again.

From the online pictures, I had the impression we could get in the river easily from the property. That was not the case. My older husband was with us even though he was not feeling well. Therefore, he wanted to lay on the couch and watch TV. Because we are not familiar with the kind of service, we need to written detail instructions But we could not find any in the condo. The property management team was very understanding and trying to help us.

Super close to schlitterbahn, very nice grounds/pools. Clean and spacious unit and convenient after hours check-in process which we really appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!!! Only complaints are minor: 1) pillows are all a little flat and could be replaced for beds, 2) fire alarm went off at 4am our first night (we called line and reported alarm) and neighboring unit said this happened the night prior as well, and 3) fridge and freezer were a little fish smelling/stinky and could use some fresh baking soda/cleaning. Thank you for a nice stay!!
