Location is great!There was a strong ethnic food smell during our stay. Well worn sofa. Minimal dishes. Otherwise the beds were comfy.

We always love the River behind the hotel. Didn't get to get in the River this year due to the rapid moving water. Maybe next year. Always love staying in New Braunfels and this Rental place.

The pools and river access are awesome too. We usually stay on the comal but the cost has gotten so high we tried this place out and will definitely be coming back!

Amazing! It was very clean and exactly as advertised. In addition there were. It a lot of “chores” to do when checking out. Good communication when I locked myself out after hours.

The condo itself was okay. The bedroom with trundle beds was awful hair, straws, hair ties, and dirty sheets on the trundle beds, plastic on the mattress so when you moved it made a crinkle noise, not to mention furniture would need to be moved to pull out both beds.

Great pool and hot tubs gave us plenty to do for the day without even leaving the condo. Very convenient location within walking distance of tubing and attractions. A very short drive to historic downtown square and wonderful German food at Alpine House!
