Stayed Jul 13, 2024Great location thats close to many attractions. Spacious for a small family or group. Pools could get crowded at times. Enjoyed our stay and will look to rebook for our next trip.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was well located in building, well stocked, had comfortable furniture, & Management was attentive to our needs. That being said, we discovered COCKROACHES 2d after arrival, & DEAD BEETLES in the egg-crate mattress topper. After 2 pest control visits, & personally having to clean EVERYTHING, we could finally rest.. until the PARTIES started!! This resort has NO gate, NO security, NO enforcement of policies. Police were called many X to remove interlopers (locals) from pool & grounds. With no BR/shower by pool, by Mon the pool was disgusting! This HOA needs to step it up.. starting with full-time security on weekends, and mandatory pest control! (I can only assume the roaches moved on to the unit next door)! If you're only interested in a short term party rental, and don't have regard for your neighbors, this is the place for you!!

Stayed Jul 22, 2022We had a nice stay at this condo. There was a short walk down the hill to a nice slow spot in the river. Good for exploring and a little deeper spot good for swimming. The pool and hot tub by the river were also very nice. The condo had comfortable beds, a beautiful view, and a decently stocked kitchen. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer available. Overall, great stay and would love to visit again!

It was a memorable family vacation. Everything in the condo was as advertised. The location, on the Guadalupe River, was perfect for us. We went up the river and tubed back to the condo. The pools were great for our grandchildren. We enjoyed watching the deer who were always hanging out next door. It was a great time for us. Thank you.

Stayed Apr 15, 2022Property was as described. Clean and well stocked kitchen supplies. A few extra blankets and a fan would be great additions! The primary bedroom was just super quiet, and the parking lot noise could be drowned out with a fan!
