Stayed May 30, 2026This property was very clean and the most equipped property we have stayed in. Communication with Ana, the host, was so great. She kept us informed of the easy check in/check out process along with really cool websites for shuttle launches and the ocean tide information. You can’t beat the location, steps away from the peaceful, private (no drive) beach. This place will have everything you need for a memorable family vacation. We will definitely use this property in the future if available.

Stayed Apr 27, 2026The condo was exactly how it is listed and shown. It is a very nicely maintained condo just a little smaller that I expected but perfect for us. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishware, etc for cooking. Balcony is ocean side with a great view. King size bed with a small bathroom w/shower off of the master bedroom. Full size bath off the hall near the other bedroom. We were very comfortable with our stay and felt safe there. We will definitely be staying again.

The condo is in the non-driving section, so it was not crowded at all. Highly recommend staying here!! Thanks for a great experience!!!

Our beach days were very enjoyable and our hosts had everything we needed! The kitchen had what we needed to make many of our own meals! They thought of everything! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Stayed Dec 2, 2025Don't look elsewhere - this is the best property! I had a fabulous time and will come here again. It was quiet and had beautiful views - I lacked nothing inside: beachware, towels, dishes, cookware, TV, coffee, spices, seating, the softest bed, great shower, peaceful balcony, easy access to the beach and heated pool. Ana was a great host with quick responses and kind words.

Love the location, the unit is very clean and secure, you will find most anything you need during your stay is provided including beach chairs and beach towels. Good communications from the host (Ana) who offers great suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. Ana even sent us a link to a website we could use to check the local tides which we had not thought about but found very helpful. We recommend Southpoint210 and hope to stay here again the next time we visit this part of Florida.

Stayed May 24, 2025We loved this condo! This was our second time staying in this building but our first time in this unit. The condo was clean, not cluttered with decorations, and had everything we needed. (My only suggestion would be to add a few extra hooks in the bathrooms for towels, but that's just a personal preference. I like having wet towels or swimsuits spaced out to dry.) We have stayed in many condos over the years and most of the kitchens are barely stocked with necessities, but this condo was well stocked. When we first arrived at the condo and realized that we were right above the gate to walk out on the beach, we were a little worried that it would be noisy, but it really wasn't a big deal. The bed was definitely one of the more comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a condo. Maybe the best part of the stay was getting to see a rocket launch from the balcony. Our 8yo was thrilled! I almost hate writing a review, because we would love to keep this place a secret, but that just wouldn't be fair! We would absolutely stay here again and hoping it will be same time next year! Stayed Feb 19, 2025What a wonderful place to spend our Honeymoon. Beautiful place, and decorations were perfect for our beachside paradise. Ana and Steve make sure everything you need is ready and available. Our morning coffees on the balcony watching the sun come up over the ocean were a prefect way to start the day. You can dip your toes in the mighty Atlantic or simply take a dip in the perfectly heated pool. As we set out on daily adventures, we found that we were Little more than an hour from many popular Florida attractions. For the days when you want to stay close close to home, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys await you. There is so much to do, whether you choose to stay in or venture out. Ana and Steve are readily available if you need any thing or have any questions. What wonderful hosts. Thank you for everything. Can't wait to book again!
