Stayed Nov 1, 2025The condo was in a great location, close to Birkdale Village, walking trails and lots of good restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful sitting on the patio by the lake. The views were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and having the fireplace was nice on chilly days. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 4, 2025Waking every morning to the view of the lovely lake and marina is the best way to start your day. The location worked well for us as it was half way between our daughter’s hose and our grandson’s daycare. We would walk the boardwalk with him after school and talk about fish and boats. He is two, btw. Chris was always very responsive to our request but for the most part, everything we needed was already in the condo. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the winter months. I would recommend the condo for anyone looking to be on the lake but also close to everything.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024Traveling from the UK and visiting friends in Charlotte. Apartment was exactly what I was looking for. It was in a lovely safe and quiet part of Charlotte, even during Storm Helene. Property owner always quickly replied when I had any questions and was very helpful. Apartment had everything I needed and was in walking distance of parks and shops. Would recommend it
