Our stay was great. The condo was lovely clean and spacious. Outdoor patio was perfect in the evening, the boardwalk and pool were great amentiies as well. This was more than spacious for our family of 4. Great restaurants, shopping nearby as well.

This was a really nice place, it was in great condition and the location was excellent. There was plenty off street parking and the neighborhood was very serene, we really enjoyed hanging out here for 3 nights.

Accommodations were perfect. We had 4 adults and 2 children. We were not crowded, there was plenty of space. The canal outside was convenient for my son and grandsons to fish each day. The pool was the perfect depth for smaller children and non swimmers.The condo had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was just as pictured! Lake Norman area is beautiful and being able to walk down the boardwalk to a restaurant was great! The pool was nice and we really liked being on ground level. Overall it met our needs and our trip was great thank you for everything

This property is located perfectly for daily jaunts to thrift stores and antique markets. It's far enough away from the hubbub and traffic to be serene but close enough to everything without a long drive. The unit is well-maintained and has everything needed. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and very comfy beds. The outside seating area is a dream. Nice little water view where you can watch the ducks with their babies, plenty of shade, and comfortable chairs where we enjoyed coffee every morning and shared several dinners. On the coldish and rainy days, we enjoyed watching our favorite TV shows and movies. The entertainment selection is huge. The host is very responsive and very accommodating. We had a hiccup right before our trip, and Kim was most willing to flex for us. This place was a wonderful spot for our annual sisters' meet-up.

This unit is located in a wonderful lakefront community. Great for taking a dockside walk or a stroll through a tree-lined neighborhood. I met several friendly neighbors while out for a walk. The furnishings are very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Loved the waterfront view from the back patio too. Communications with the owner were excellent. Highly recommend!

The place was roomy, clean and beautifully set up. The porch was amazing looking out towards Norman Lake. It was quiet, homey and close to my son's home. Couldn't have asked for more.

Visited with family in the Huntersville area

This condo is beautiful with everything that you could need for a visit. It was very clean and updated. We walked to the restaurant for dinner along the water and it was just beautiful. It’s a lovely setting and a great and convenient location. Kim was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a super condo well furnished and convenient to Lake Norman area. Definitely one to rent again when in the area!

The unit is a ground floor end unit which minimizes stairs and noise. The lake view is nice for watching sunsets. Unit is clean and well maintained.

This was our selection for our annual Girls Week trip. The accommodations were absolutely perfect. Everyone was extremely comfortable lounging in the living room, playing games at the dining room table, as well as getting a good night’s sleep. Everything functioned perfectly and anything we needed was close by. Perfect accommodations!

I really liked the location and proximity to the office. We weren't there enough to really get to use the facilities.

Everything was great. Perhaps I misinterpreted the amenity listing I was positive I saw that there would be a travel crib which is how it was listed under amenities and a grill. No grill was a disappointment - no crib was a problem.

We four (60 years and older) sisters loved our getaway on Lake Norman! The condo was exactly as described! It was very clean, well stocked and located within a wonderful community.We would definitely stay here again.
