Stayed Oct 14, 2025Lots of local shops and restaurants in the area, and the riverwalk (with a great view of the Battleship across the river), although a portion of the riverwalk is under construction. There's a really nice gourmet grocery store a couple blocks away.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025The condo was very cute and clean. We had a lovely stay! Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and live oak bank pavilion. We had a minor issue when our room key broke but the host was so nice and very quick to have a new one delivered. We would definitely recommend to friends and will stay again if we are in Wilmington!

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Really nice place - just the bed and the couch was pretty uncomfortable- my husband and I woke up with a headache everyday. The bar isn’t really enough space to eat at since the stools don’t go under comfortably. For the money it cost I expected a little better quality of a bed. Other than that- it’s a okay space to use for a base if you are going out most of your stay.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024A very clean modern space within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars in downtown Wilmington. Ideal for two people. Hosts were friends and easy to reach. A parking pass was included for a parking deck one block away that was in and out of.
