With EV charger -Mid Century Modern Close to Hiking, Golf,&Stargaze on the patio

Very disappointing stay. The place felt generally dirty and had a strong stale, closed-up smell, like old materials and poor ventilation. It looks decent at first because of a few cheap appliances, but it’s clear the property is run on the cheap and only superficially cleaned. Wardrobes were cluttered with leftover items, we found expired food in the kitchen cabinets, and overall it didn’t feel fresh or hygienic. When we asked about a refund, the only solution offered was to send someone late in the day to “clean,” which wouldn’t fix years of superficial cleaning. Would not stay here again.

In a nice peaceful area. Plenty of dining options available for a short stay. The property itself was clean, but has funky kind of smell, almost musty like. Hard to describe. I think it's just the old carpeting. Beyond that, I definitely enjoyed the location.

Beautiful location, great place to stay.

Very cute little place. Host was pleasant, helpful and very quick to respond when we had trouble getting in upon arrival.

Borrego Springs is a wonderful place to spend a few weeks; we enjoy hiking and cycling here. However, I cannot recommend this specific apartment for more than a few days – at least not until the owner does a thorough cleaning and decluttering. Except for a tiny chest of drawers in the bedroom, every closet, cupboard and drawer is stuffed. There are fake plants and other tchotchkes on every surface. The dishwasher and the bathroom fan are LOUD. The oven fan and front screen door are broken. The carpets and furniture are old; the dining chairs are cheap and rickety; and the lighting is poor. Two people could manage here for a few days, but no more. Which is really a shame, because the Club Circle subdivision is quite attractive – beautifully landscaped and quiet at night. And don’t plan on using the pool – it’s unheated and freezing.

Very pleasant

Small but sufficient for two days for two people.

Owner was very responsive to any questions and comments about the rental. Any suggestions were taken seriously and issues dealt with. Comfortable bed. Please be aware that the owner must also stay here at times as some closets and cupboards have the owner's personal things stored there so you need to work around that. It is not a big issue.

Comfortable bed. Roomy living room. Kitchen shelves need a bit of cleansing as no room for our groceries. Host was awesome in responding to any questions we had.

Perfect for two persons, not so much for three, I cannot even comprehend more.
