Winterplace E102 Ski in Ski out First Floor

The outside of the building is a little weathered. But the are updating the decking. The inside of the condo has been updated with very nice appliances. Beds are very soft. Very nice towels. Full size washer and dryer.

Very convenient to the slopes and will be booking again for the next year!

Perfect for my adult children and their spouses, plus 2 teen grandkids. We rented two condos and had the best time of our lives!

We had a wonderful at this Winterplace Condo! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of 5 and a family of 3. We cooked at the home, skied out from the condo, and just enjoyed relaxing and hanging out watching the snow off of the back deck. We loved the location and everything about our stay. We chose this property because there are no stairs which was great for my 88 year old Mom. Very quiet and close to Flat Top Lake. We were there during 4th of July weekend, so definitely off ski season. Looked cool to ski out the door though. Very “vintage” exterior, but more modern inside. Not luxurious, but a great convenient clean place to stay.

The host was very responsive and the condo was clean and well laid out. It was perfect for a family of four and we didn’t even use the bunk beds. The location was great. Just a short walk to two main slopes. We found out on the last day, the best slope for easy access, was the terrain park. This slope is on the left of the condos. You don’t have to do the obstacles, as the slope had a path to avoid those jumps. It's actually a very easy slope and a great one to start out on. It puts you right at the ski resort. We will definitely be back.

Rt on the slopes, location is wonderful and makes for an excellent skiing experience. Clean. Can tell owner keeps his place well-organized. Private deck allows view of Winterplace ski hill.

We had a fantastic time! The location is right by the slopes for super easy access. Plenty of space within the condo and we enjoyed playing the games they had as well! We would definitely book again.

I was very happy with the stay overall. I only wish that I was informed that there wouldn't be any one there to help us get into the property after such a long drive. It was quickly rectified and we had a great stay.
