Winter Specials! Private Beach! Chair setup! Penthouse. Destin!

Excellent penthouse condo. We love walking to the Back Porch restaurant and being able to pull our cart with no stairs all the way to the beach. The complementary chair and umbrella setup was also a nice plus! Will definietly consider staying again.

We stayed here during a family vacation and the place is amazing. Very clean and well maintained. The views from the master bedroom and living room/kitchen are amazing. Easy access to the pool and beach. Would highly recommend this property and we are already planning our next trip here again.

This condo was nice with a beautiful view. However, we were not informed about the work being done on the building. We were awakened at 8:00 every morning of our stay by what sounded like a jackhammer and power saw. It was extremely loud and it continued from morning until evening. Good thing we could go to the pool or beach to get away from it. We should've been told about the plan to repair the building so we could make our own decision to go to Sterling Shores or another place It was very disappointing! Also, a bar of some kind should be added to the shower area to safely get in and out of the shower. There was nothing to hold on to.

We have stayed at Sterling Shores 3 times with this being our first time in this unit. The unit is very nice and spacious. On arrival I realized the dryer wasn’t working. I contacted All 30A Properties who manages the unit. They were to send someone out the next day. It would be two days before someone came to look at it. I was told they would have repair man out the next day. Nothing. I had to message every single day, sometimes without a response to get an update on the dryer. We checked out on Friday, and the dryer got fixed on Thursday around 2pm. To say this was frustrating is an understatement. We had 4 adults and 2 small children, one being an infant. I was told I could go to a laundry mat and be re-imbursed….. because that’s what I want to do on my VACATION. I was never offered any compensation or apology for the inconvenience. I’m not sure if the owner will ever see this review but I would highly suggest changing who you allow manage your property. The customer service was little to none.

Dryer didn’t work , cost us time and little money. lot of noise from contractors updating look of outside. I understand the contractor it has to be done, but I think they should have told us be for booking.

Great property, great location, penthouse was fabulous. Wish we could have gotten the parking and pool codes to use before check in time.
