Easy check in. Clean home and such a fun place

Host was wonderful! Property has a great view of the lake and felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Be aware that stairs to upstairs bedroom are very steep. Patio chairs were not in great shape but that's a minor complaint. Overall we had a positive experience. Thank you!

We wanted to stay somewhere near our wedding venue and this beautiful location was about 10 minutes away! It was clean, check in was seamless, and we loved the lake view. You just have to be sure to list any and everyone you would need to be able to come in the gate, because the security guards truly won't let anyone in otherwise! Luckily, the host is super responsive.

Great experience with my stay, clean, comfortable and quiet. Property management responded quickly when water had been shut off by mistake. I recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The washer was full of black mold and last night there a cockroach was found in the condo. Everything else was clean and well taken care of.

My wife and an adult son and I enjoyed our stay very much. The 2 bedroom townhome was beautiful and had everything thing we needed to have a wonderful stay. Our interactions with our host was very positive.

Our girls trip at the April Sound Condo was wonderful. Clean condo and beautiful lake view! Shopping, restaurants and wineries were close by. Easy drive to Waco and Galveston.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was very secure, quiet and the property was spacious and chic. The patio doors let in a lot of light and king size bed was very comfortable.

We had a great stay, condo was very clean and comfortable. Super convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning on visiting the Lake Conroe area.

After a small hiccup with checking in. Read the signs and make sure you are south, not north. We found our rental clean, comfortable and just as the photos showed. Communication was prompt and easy. I would recommend the host add more lighting over the eating area and at least one lamp in the living area. We didn’t use the upstairs bed, but the primary bed was comfortable, but a bit unstable. We felt every movement the other made and it freaked badly. Other then that it was good.

Property has a great view and easy swim in the lake, the pool or dock your boat. Excellent.

Everything was lovely, comfortable beds, linens were superb. Great views of the lake. Kitchen had a great layout & everything we needed to cook during our stay. We will definitely book it again when we are back in the area.

We had a great time celebrating my birthday. This location was peaceful and relaxing. I loved that this condo had spiral staircase that led up to a perfect space for the kids and a 2nd bathroom there too. That was a plus. Thank you again for letting us stay and we will definitely come back

We arrived late on the night of July 18th and were told at the security gate we were not on the LIST! Even though we had a contract showing that we were paid in full, combinations to enter the condo and it showed both our names, we were NOT allowed into the gated community. We tried unsuccessfully to contact the host only to have to leave a message. Thankfully an older lady at the gate let us enter after she looked at our contract and determined we were indeed the rightful renters for 5 days., zIt all worked out but our stress level was horrible. The host had our information and we feel that it was her responsibility to make sure our name was on the LIST at the security gate. The condo was exactly as it showed in the pics and our stay was uneventful after that first night.

We had a great time. One of my best VRBO experiences. Clean, comfortable and close to lots of good places to eat. Exceeded my expectations and helped us truly enjoy your first trip to Texas. Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in the condo in April Sound. Unit has everything you need. The beds and furniture were quality and comfortable. TV and appliances were modern and top notch. Would definitely recommend for a party of 2-8 people comfortably.

This condo was easy to reserve. Great communication! Easy access to stores, restaraunts, entertainment. Clean and comfortable. We will book it again in the future!
