Beautiful oceanfront property, comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen, pool is decent size. Beach is great. Having a car is better if you want to go to downtown for restaurants, which is a very nice area

Great text communication for everything! Beautifully decorated! Nicely furnished with everything for entertaining. Beautiful sunrise and sunset made our side an ocean view with pink layers! The deck was the place to see it all!More coffee cups would be helpful-we didn’t fill the dishwasher fast-as we ate meals out, and didn’t need to run the dishwasher often.King bed was 2 twins sideways-which was very uncomfortable for sleeping, we turned them, but turned them back-it seems to be the mattresses.Master bathroom needs more place to put our toiletries-a rack over the toilet like the second bedroom has would be better than the small one on the floor-that was useless-except to hold hair dryer.

The condo is perfect for two or four people. It's truly a lovely space. It was very clean and all essentials were available. It was conveniently located to attend The Amelia Island Concours. We would stay in this condo again! The only two suggestions-it would be nice if the pillows on the king size bed were king size pillows and not standard size. Also, such a beautiful view of the ocean but the blinds on patio door is very difficult to open and close.

First time in Amelia and we just loved it! The place was fully stocked with all that we needed and it was spacious and clean. Very quiet, too. Easy to get in to and the pool and beach were amazing. My daughters were very comfy in their beds. The master bed was a little too soft for my liking but my husband said it was comfortable. We docked our boat at a local marina and enjoyed fishing and pulling up to sandbars to enjoy the day. We also caught the marketplace happening downtown on Saturday. So many cute shops and offerings. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our trip to Amelia Island. The condo was very nice and right on the ocean with great, quick access to the beach and pool. Views were spectacular. We do appreciate the quick response for management regarding an issue in the kitchen. He was able to come by the next day and fix our sink. There are some stuff around the condo that does need updating, but all in all, we really did our stay!

We are local to the area but I just wanted to give my wife a peaceful 50th birthday with the sounds of the beach, to the comfort of being close to home. We spent 2 days just relaxing and enjoying each other's time. Then the rest of the family came to visit Saturday. Plenty of space, very comfortable, clean and literally 100yards from the beach..

The rental was perfect for my granddaughters and me to get away and have fun. Rental was very clean and well supplied for all our needs. We had a fantastic view of the ocean. I would highly recommend staying there.

The condo was exactly as shown. Comfortable beds. Ocean view was wonderful Loved every relaxing minute there. I would definitely lease through Stay Better Vacations. Everything we needed was provided.

We had an amazing weekend getaway with the girls! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy our time together. Plenty of starter supplies were provided, which made settling in a breeze. The check-in and parking were hassle-free, which was a huge plus! Overall, a fantastic experience—would absolutely recommend! 5 STARS!

Beautifully decorated, plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen. All beds were comfortable. Balcony could use a good pressure wash, but other than that, it was very clean.
