This Gulf-front jewel has ample space for the entire family to relax and rejuvenate. The condo boasts a recent update in the winter/spring, reflecting the meticulous care provided by the owner. The balcony offers a delightful view of the pool area, the beach, and the endless expanse of the Gulf Coast. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, and entertainment is available through cable TV or the DVD player on a rainy day. Children will delight in their own bunk beds situated in the hall, and for additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare a delightful meal for the family. Dine in the living area or on the balcony while savoring the captivating views and gentle ocean breezes. This condo is sure to leave a lasting impression, beckoning you to return year after year!

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest 807 is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation is allowed, accommodating 2 cars. The reservation includes a starter set of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.

Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID at check-in. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

    Perfect spot for a couple or small family. Convenient location to restaurants without being in the heart of beach traffic.

    Our room was a good value. Hot tub was not very warm and Lobby, elevator and hallways could have been cleaner. Also, I did not find a recycle option for water bottles etc.

    It was filthy the couch was wore out the sheets on the bed would not stay on the bed , the bathroom sink and tub drain was stopped up . Had to wear socks the floor was dirty too . We won’t come back again.

    We had a great stay with the location of this condo right on the beach. It was such a great view to wake up to every morning. My kids loved the sand and easy beach access. Our only “issue” was the lack of bathroom at the pool with the construction. This would have been a nice to know fact in advance of our stay.

    The Property itself was fine however communication with a real person at the property management company was terrible. They send you a text asking if you need anything and then do not respond or respond asking the same question.

    Very pleased with the condo! Right on the beach! Only two things were a little off for me! There was 2 steps at the end of the boardwalk and hard for a person in a wheelchair or a sand buggy to get down or up! Missed having a recliner to recline my feet to keep swelling down! Would go back again and stay at the same place!

    Great place! Bunkbeds are next to bathroom, which caused inconvenience. Eighth floor balcony was the perfect spot for relaxation. Overall, great place to vacay!
