Well-Appointed Condo Across Street from UC Davis!

Perfect location! Everything was in walking distance. Loved that one of the bedroom was downstairs for privacy. Plenty of room for 3 couples and nice sitting area in the front to hang out and enjoy the nice warm nights. Quiet and roomy!

Good location. Clean and well supplied.

First, three stars on communication with property owner because we didn't. But also, we didn't need to.Some constructive criticism:(1) The garage is NOT deep enough for even a four-door sedan, consider moving/readjusting furniture at the back of it.(2) The TV remote was difficult, a voice control might help.(3) A perennial Vrbo complaint: put three-ply toilet paper in there, the translucent stuff I find at ALL Vrbo's just doesn't cut it! Buy the Good Stuff, charge us a few more dollars for it if you have to. Fortunately, some previous visitors did supply some Good Stuff, which I found and used for our stay.(4) Coffee pot, ground coffee, and a coffee grinder on the top shelf, no coffee maker. You should fix that.(5) No one could figure out how to adjust the room temperature, suspect there's a password control. Please spell that out in future. If you need to, tell us to reset it when we leave.Other than that, the place was great!

Great location, easy to everything.

This was a a perfect place to meet up with our Davis student for a holiday gathering. Right across the street from campus and only a block from downtown! The house was comfortable to cook and play games and watch movies- our favorite activities. The beds were very comfortable. Management was very kind and responsive. Hope to stay here again!

We had a great girls trip! The place was spacious very clean, right across the street from UC Davis, and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Would recommend!

We stayed in this home during parents weekend. It is comfy and a very convenient location. Great parking with garage a plus. The family room is cozy for watching tv and the dining table provides good adjacent space for remote work. An Item to note for future guests—the primary bedroom is adjoined to the twin bedroom by a shared bath. The primary bedroom has a barn door to the bathroom, which is super cute but does not lock, or close tightly so creates a lack of privacy and/or light control.

Was in town for a UCD Vet Med reunion, and the location was a perfect compromise for being close to campus, and to restaurants and coffee shops downtown. Condo is spacious, clean, and well appointed. Would not hesitate to book again for the next reunion!

Clean and well-supplied. Allowed us to tour UC Davis and explore the lovely town of Davis on foot. We appreciated each having our own comfy bedroom, two bathrooms & a comfy living room where we could relax. It was also nice to park or car in a garage, as we mostly walked during our stay. There were some little annoyances ( no hot water in kitchen, a towel rack that fell off the wall) but overall a clean, well-maintained,quiet, lovely place to come back to after a day of exploring.
