I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo! A perfect location! We walked to The Back Porch several nights for dinners. It was fun seeing dolphins from our balcony! The condo was clean, adequately stocked with towels, dishes, etc. it was an easy check-in and out process. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: It was great until the unit above us started having the tile removed from entire space. So loud we had to leave two days early 😔

We have been coming to Gulfgate for a lot of years and always like this property. I like the fact that it’s gated and staff is friendly and it is always clean.

Destin Gulfgate is now our favorite place to stay. The location is convenient. The staff was incredible-friendly and very responsive to our requests. Whenever we return to this beautiful area, we won't stay anywhere else!

We stayed in 306 and loved the layout and large gulf front balcony. Location was also very desirable to great restaurants and excursions. Workout facility was very nice to be able to get a quick workout in. Only complaint would be that our ice machine was not in working condition at check in. This was relayed to front desk twice, but never got fixed during our stay.

We have stayed in condo 306 for the past two years and absolutely love it! It is totally updated and has all the amenities needed. It is walking distance to the beachside Back Porch restaurant and a wonderful candy/coffee/ souvenir shop. Multiple restaurants, a variety of shopping options, golfing and family entertainment venues are minutes away. We plan to come back to 306 next year.
