I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful stay at this condo — the space was beautiful, spotless, and the views were truly breathtaking. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Destin.I do want to gently share one part of my experience. While the complex staff were always polite, there were moments when I felt a bit unseen unless I initiated the interaction. And this pertained to one employee in particular, a lady w/ brown hair. As an African American woman, it’s a feeling I’ve encountered before, and it was present here at times. I’m sharing this with care — not as a criticism of the condo, but simply as an honest reflection of how the environment felt to me. There was another staff member I interacted w/ often, I believe her name is Lisa, and she was friendly including a maintence guy who serviced my room my first day there to adjust the water heater temp. Overall, the condo itself was exceptional, and I’m truly grateful for my stay

It had been upgraded and the new improvements were excellent. As usual, the office staff and housekeeping provided outstanding service. Have stayed multiple years and it NEVER disappoints..Awesome views, The chair staff is always helpful and gracious.. The pool is small, but with the beach access I can overlook that. Rooms are always clean. Great vacation..

The view and balcony was unmatchable. The short walk to the ocean was perfect. The pool was great for the kids. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had such a great time. The location was nice and we walked across the street to the putt putt/go carts a couple times. Thank you for a great experience for our first time in Destin!

Stayed Jun 6, 2024We’ve stayed here many times and always come back. It’s just a couple doors down from the Back Porch and the water is always super clear and the beach is never crowded.
