Stayed Jun 28, 2025Property was clean, right on the beach, staff very welcoming and nice. Police stationed on property at all times. Easy beach access, great pool availability, Pickleball/tennis courts, and Shuffelboard. If you didn't bring your own, they had things you could check out to play!! Overall Wonderful Experience and Stay!!!

Stayed May 17, 2025Condo was super nice except for the restrooms. There were no safety bars to hold to and the tub was very slippery. Also the barn doors on the restrooms gave no privacy. Everything worked as it should. Beautiful property.

If I were to decorate a beach house, I would do it just like 404. The view from the balcony is unbeatable! This is our 4 th time staying at HSRC and we love it. We love Holiday Isle because it is much less crowded at the beach. The pool is beautiful, all the common areas are clean and inviting. We can’t wait to return!!

Reviewer Comments: We wanted a quiet location with private beach access. we have two small children and the condo was perfect space/size for us. The beach set up was great, very safe and family friendly. Get down to claim your chairs early in the morning. The negatives: The pool was closed one day, so that was a bummer, and the beds in our unit were very worn/not comfortable.
