Waterwheel on the Guadalupe - river access, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, 5 acres of lawn

Great location near river!

The condo was right above the pool so that was nice. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Condo was set up great.

What a great place! Super clean & updated. Very comfortable & has all the little extras that make a stay nice (laundry detergent, soaps, etc). Great location close to everything. The property is right on the river & beautiful! The pools & FOUR hot tubs were awesome. Will definitely be back!

Loved it all. Animals everywhere, so many deer just roaming right around the condos. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice area. No issues. Easy communication. Spacious and i loved that the one room had some privacy down the hall with a full bath. Loved the patio view of the pool right below.

We liked how close the condo was to many things around the city. The pool, river and the whole community was peaceful and quiet and we really enjoyed that. The only thing I would say is that the mattress on sofa bed is really uncomfortable. I like the fact that the host provided many essentials and it was clean overall.

This was a short but relaxing visit! The apartment was cozy and clean. Susanne was a wonderful host. She was most helpful on a couple a questions I had. We will definitely return soon!

We were skeptical at first because we had never rented from Vrbo before, but we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Suzanne was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had promptly. We will return for our next trip.

First off I just want to thank the host Suzanne she was amazing responded very quickly and sent us all the information in a timely manner. This place is amazing close by restaurants, a Walmart and CVS for quick little essentials we forgot back at home. Very clean and safe, people are very respectful and honest. This place comes with an elevator which was very convenient we were able to wagon our things up to our floor, and a ramp to take our wagon to the river. The river is a walking distance with a beautiful view. The back patio which we used to eat our watermelon has a great view of the pool! I definitely will stay here again definitely a place of memories! My birthday weekend was a success!

Suzanne was great! We had a little trouble with the tv, first the batteries and then the new internet the HOA is using. She came down late on Friday evening and helped us out! She was very kind!

Very nice space. I really enjoyed the pools and the river. The river is less intense just up the street in the city park. Spacious balcony and living room. Worked out well for 5 of us to stay.
