Wonderful location and view. Parking across the street is plentiful, but less than ideal crossing a busy street with a child. Communication could be better. Would definitely stay again.

Hosts were excellent. Answered my questions in a timely manner. Check in procedure was as stated. The building itself needs updating, however. Location was pretty quiet, but not walkable to anything.

Nice condo. Great location. Kitchen well-equipped. A/C works great. Owner was very responsive. Building as a whole is a bit dated, but clean and maintained. Indoor pool needs some TLC.

Beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked condo with an amazing view from the master bedroom and living areas. Hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. It’s like home away from home

This is a great location for a beach getaway. Located right on the beach, the view was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view and condo was very enjoyable. Hot tub was a great way to warm up in the cold weather. Things we did were no more than a 5 minute drive (markets, parade, restaurants). Great food at Michael's Seafood Restaurant and Kate's Pancake House! Hosts were very responsive to any communication while we were there! Upon arrival, construction was underway on the exterior. Looks like the property as a whole is undergoing improvements. Just a couple areas on the interior we mentioned to hosts that may need a little TLC, but nothing that would stop us from returning. Look forward to going back again!

Ocean view was amazing as property is right on beach. We watched the moon rise and the sun rise. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed

We booked Waters Edge for a long weekend with our kids and their families. The condo was perfect for our stay.

The condo is nicely appointed and the view is amazing. The building is dated and needs some TLC but the maintenance man was very helpful with any issues.

Great time. Everything was awesome

This was an outing for my 86 yr old Mom. She had a wonderful time. On our way home she kept saying, can we just turn around and stay longer. We had a small hiccup upon arrival but the hosts immediately helped us through it. We hope to go back next year. ❤️ it.

The condo is very nice and clean. It has a great view. Chuck and Jennifer are extremely communicative and helpful. Unfortunately our trip was cut a bit short because of a tropical storm. We'll certainly return.

Unit was nice except for issue with washer and dryer which wasn’t solved by the time we left. Great view of the ocean. Parking is bad. They charge you to park just about everywhere you go. Limit restaurants. No good seafood restaurants. Great ice cream especially Swigley’s

Our family stayed for the week of 4th of July. Although the weather wasn’t great, the condo provided exactly what we needed. Beautiful views of the ocean, indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids. It’s close to many restaurants and activities in the area. The only drawback was having to use a key card to get into and out of the beach and pools. With only two cards, it made it difficult for a family of 7 to navigate getting around the facility.

The reviews and pictures were not accurate, as they indicated pristine, very clean, responsive host. none of this was accurate. The floors were dirty, the furniture sandy/dirty (not stained as i cleaned for over 2 hours after arriving and was able to make the furniture suitable for my family to sit on, the kitchen sink had not been cleaned in some time even though there were several cleaners available under the sink, the bedroom sliding glass door was seperated from the glass, and wouldnt open properly until we greased it, the living room sliding door was unlocked and opened. We were not provided the app information for the remote access for the keypad which failed to open the door upon returning from the grocery store at 11 one evening- no return phone calls from host, property manager and finally the Fire Department was able to shim the door at 12:45 am, followong email from host apologies as she went to bed early. All of which is unacceptable. Location, views and roominess of condo were great.

This was our first vacation at Carolina Beach and it did not disappoint! Our condo provided us with everything we needed and had a great view! Our host was always quick in responding to the few questions we did have and was very helpful each time.
