This bright and cheerful, lower level unit is complete with a spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area. You will appreciate the modern and comfortable furnishings with updated lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The living room is complete with a flat screen TV, A sofa that pulls out to a Sofa Bed (Linens not included), and a convenient wet bar. The kitchen is well appointed, offering everything that you would need to create gourmet meals at home. You will appreciate the updated kitchen cabinets and counter tops, with bar seating for 4. This condo will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Bedroom #1 is complete with a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, full private bath with tub/shower combo and amazing ocean views! Bedroom #2 is complete with a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, shared hall bath with tub/shower combo, and a street side view.

    My husband and I stayed for 4 days and we really enjoyed the location because it was near restaurants and a stones throw from the beach. We were able to drive to Little River and Southport in less than 40 minutes to visit La Belle Amie vineyard and eat some great food at Rusty Hooks.

    Needs major updating and cleaning. Back 2 burners on stove did not work. Missing pull cord to control ceiling fan in master bedroom. Please get rid of the nasty carpet, it is beyond being able to clean it. Management was aware of stucco ceiling falling and still did not correct it over the down season. I understand that you are paying for location, and that is outstanding. Nice collection of kitchen ware. Could use a few more glasses. (maybe bigger sized?). I did call property manager and listed all that I mentioned above. Hope it does get corrected.

    Unit was fairly clean, due for some fresh paint and small updates…main bathroom door could use an adjustment so it closes easier and doesn’t scrape on floor, main bathroom has mold showing thru paint on ceiling, most ceiling fan chains need to be fixed/replaced. The only thing I personally didn’t Ike was having to have a key to get to and from the beach, didn’t always have place to keep the key. Overall it was nice and we would stay again
