Stayed Dec 29, 2025A nice quiet place to stay on the water in Rockport. Close to downtown with nice restaurants and shops. Condo was comfortable although somewhat outdated. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We didn't cook there at all but seemed to be ample supplies. TV worked well. Overall a very nice place to stay in Rockport.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Balcony views were beautiful. Room was clean and AC was good. The only problem we had was we could not get the television in the family room to work. We had no problem with the one in the bedroom and the one in the family room worked the first day but not after that. Other than that it was great and we will definately return.

Stayed May 24, 2025The condo has a good size and layout in a great location. The air conditioning is effective, and we loved sitting on the back patio. However, the unit is a bit outdated and could benefit from a deep clean, overall I would recommend this place to future visitors.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024After deciding to spend the Thanksgiving weekend on the coast, we returned to one of our favorite locations, Rockport. We give thanks for the blessing of staying in Pelican. Our entire experience was Five Star! Our interactions with our hosts, Valerie and Keith, was everything we could have hoped for. The location was perfect and the property was well maintained and provided everything we needed. We could have not asked for better on our short home away from home stay. We have decided this will be our No. 1 choice when we return to Rockport. I am confident in saying, you will not be disappointed!!
