Waterfront Paradise- 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga

Scenic beauty n high solace. Quite place. Neat n clean place. Ample parking. Good instructions n directions. Good facility with all needed amenities. Super view from deck. Nice backyard walk n boat deck is great.

What a beautiful place. We truly enjoyed the view. The condo was very clean and well decorated. It is close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Exactly was what was needed for our break from reality and a romantic anniversary getaway. Definitely would recommend.

Host was welcoming and had all instructions for the stay well laid out. The unit was clean and very cozy, with a great sunrise view.

Very Clean not dusty, waterfront and mountain view. Just minutes from downtown. Reasonable drive to major attractions. Seems well kept and updated apartment/condo setting.

This clean condo had updated fixtures and was spacious. We loved seeing the river and hiking on Signal Mountain which was just 10 minutes away. Though the kayak rental is not included, the discount makes it very reasonable; we were quoted $20 for a day.

All was as described in the listing. Easy check-in and out. Gary was helpful and prompt in seeing to a couple of requests. All went very smoothly. Great location and views, good amount of kitchen and bath items, comfortable bed, quiet. Good deal as well on rental kayaks next door. Would recommend this condo!

This beautiful condo was just the quick anniversary getaway that we needed. Ziplining, rock climbing, happy hemp, and amazing restaurants were on 15 minutes away. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Waking up the view of the river was so peaceful. I made a big breakfast for us, and we sat on the deck to eat every morning. Check in was easy. The owners were there to help us find the right condo. I would say please list the condo number on the reservation, just in case you aren't there. The kayaks were right next to us. $40 rental for our entire stay. This was by far one of the best, most peaceful, go with the flow trips we've ever taken. Let me know if you're selling one of the condos. I would love to buy one from you, lol. Definitely eat at Scotty's on the river. Their food is divine! Don't keep looking! Get to booking! You won't regret it!

Perfect river view. Great deck on top of boat dock for evening relaxation. Close to everything. Check out River Drifters on Suck Rd. Few minutes away, great food.
