This condo is just steps from all the fun in downtown Sandusky: great restaurants, fun bars, local shops, recreational activities like SUP, kayaking and indoor rock climbing, bicycle rentals, live entertainment and the Jet Express ferry to the Lake Erie Islands. You can watch your boat come in from the balcony! The unit features amemory foam queen bed in the bedroom and an extremely comfortable memory foam sleeper sofa in the great room. Relax in the bedroom with a 43 inch Samsung television and enjoy the views while you watch your favorite shows on the 50 inch Samsung tv in the great room. This condo has all the upgrades you expect from a vacation home: granite, stainless steel appliances and designer decor. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen (we even start you off with coffee, tea and all the accompaniments) and even a portable grill utensil kit to take full advantage of the two on-premise grills, conveniently located in front of the pool and hot tub. Don't worry about bringing beach towels! We've got you covered. We also provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and sunscreen. And if it rains, enjoy the array of board games and the Smart TVs. Streaming television only. Wifi included. No smoking and no pets. We can't wait to welcome you to Sandusky!


**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

**We can not accommodate check-ins earlier than 4 pm.**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony at anytime.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.**

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.
