Great location!

This is a great, well layered out rental with a great location. It was very comfortable and we had a great girls trip.

Condo suited our needs perfectly! So much stuff on property for kids to do, swimming, fishing and pickleball kept them quite entertained. Great location!

It has a nice view of the main channel, but minimal actual lake access. There is a pool and hot tub, but filled with kids on floating rafts whose parents are blasting country music - all against the posted rules, but no one is enforcing those rules, nor the rule on quiet hours. There are tennis/pickleball courts. It’s a bit of a drive to restaurants. It’s fine for a low cost place to stay.

The amount of space and beds were perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the view from the deck.

Nice big clean condo overlooking the main channel. We always enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub in the off season.

Stayed four nights over Spring break. The place is very well stocked. Location is perfect. You’re literally 15 minutes away from everywhere. Owner goes above and beyond and is very quick respond even for silly questions which brings me to say, make sure to read the welcome book. It has all the answers.

The grounds and entrance way to the property was infested with spiders...various kinds. Walking through all that each time, made me anxious. We had to buy more bugs spray to treat the entrance and guest balconies. Some spray was there I believe. We were last to arrive. It was just too many spiders! Extermination is needed. Once we got the bugs taken care of, we were able to relax. The property was clean and attractive. There were not enough towels. There were two of each and stale. We had to buy some. The linen had stains on one comforter(brown stain)and one pillow (drool). I wouldn't choose again unless they addressed all issues. All in all, it wasn't the absolute worse or best! We ended up having a nice time once comfortable. got everthing aprayed, it was fine. Also,

When we got to our condo the ceiling plaster was falling off, we called the owner, and she said she was aware of the issue. (then fix it before you rent it) And we felt like she was annoyed with us for calling her. If she knew about the issue, why didn't they clean up the mess before letting us stay there or offer to put us somewhere else or even reduce the rate she was charging us. The owner did state she owns 75 different properties. As far as the Knoll's office they could a have been made aware of the situation, but the office person was not much help either. The place was not as clean as the place we stayed at last time. The boat slip that we had to pay extra for was on the other side of the complex and we had to go someplace else to park our trailer which was also extra of course what a Nightmare. Also, the deck could have been swept off as well as the walkway into the unit. OH YEAH DON'T FORGET TO PRINT OUT YOUR PARKING PASSES BECAUSE OFFICE CAN'T HELP WITH THAT EITHER!!!! I think those could be left at the office desk. Just a few things to make your stay a little more stressful.

Loved this condo! The location was great and it worked out perfectly for us. We spent a lot of time on the deck-loved being right on the water. The kitchen was well stocked-better than most places we’ve stayed. Our only issue was the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink backed up when the dishwasher ran. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit it self was nice could use a little deep cleaning. Patio was not very clean cobwebs everywhere. Other than that it was fine.

This property was perfect for us (Parents, Daughter & husband, Son & wife & baby). It was in a condo resort with many buildings of 6 units each. It was across the street from the club house/pools. It had wire fencing on the balconies, perfect for the baby. The view of the lake was great, we sat and enjoyed watching all the boats. The location was close to restaurants and fun activities. We would highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant area with excellent facilities. Condo was very pleasant with lots of space!
