Very comfortable condo it had plenty of room and the three bathrooms came in handy with six girls

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. One of the highlights was seeing dolphins swimming in the bay behind the condo every day—such an amazing experience. It’s also just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay. One upgrade needed - the cushions on the deck furniture need to be cleaned or replaced.

The room was great, very clean and homey. We are minimalist but it had everything we needed for the week. Great location as we walked to most things we wanted to enjoy. It was a short drive to our fishing charter and just over all the perfect spot for what we were looking for in a vacation. We were able to walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the views also.

We were able to spend an amazing time as a family! The unit was incredible, access to the beach and places to go were very accessible! We will be back!

We loved our stay. Lovely apartment, comfortable, well stocked, everything we needed to have a great time. Convenient location, just a short walk to the beach, fun eateries, mini golf. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view if we didn't want to go out. Excellent price for such a poplar place.

Very easy to get into condo

I took my family for a long weekend to Clearwater. The condo was amazing and spacious. It was within walking distance to everything. It was very clean and was just as described. We had a great time!

I loved everything about my stay! The host was helpful and responsive. The unit was beautiful, clean and had the perfect location!

The main problem was the elevator not working. We are 73 years old and had to carry all our things up 3 flights of stairs. We were told it would be fixed within the week but that didn’t happen. The condo itself was nice but the ice maker was broken and couldn’t be fixed and the TV sound wasn’t working but someone came and fixed that.

This condo is in a great location! The view is amazing and we loved sitting on the porch!!!! Condo was decorated beautifully with a wonderful amount of space! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Beautiful property with gorgeous views to the intercoastal. The condo was extremely well equipped, there was not something we needed that we could not locate. And, its location is so close to the beach of walking distance to everything. The management team was very responsive, professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this place, it does not disappoint

Our beach rental was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The floor plan was spacious and well laid out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and still come together in the common areas. The property itself was beautifully decorated and felt warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. Having a convenient store right across the street was a huge plus, and we loved how many restaurants and activities were just minutes away. Whether we wanted to explore or just relax by the beach, everything we needed was close by. This rental truly had the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and style. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and beautiful. The pool was cleaned daily and the parking area was always free of debris. This was our 3rd time staying at the condo and we hope to return in the future.

Very well appointed! The crockpot really blew my mind! Spacious and comfortable. We REALLY appreciated the beach wagon, umbrellas and water gun!:)A true home away from home! Enjoyed spotting the dolphins in the bay on mornings …and a quick 10 min walk (with TACO BUS… the MOST DELICIOUS TACOS EVER!!) to the BEAUTIFUL, baby powder sand, warmest water EVER BEACH!

We had a great vacation in Clearwater. As first timers we didn’t know what to expect. The property was perfect for our family. Clean, spacious, great location to everything, great view of the canal. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals.Check in process was smooth, communication was great, information provided was helpful and accurate. The condo was perfect and the view was perfect for fireworks!

Very clean and quiet. So the dolphins every evening.My only down fall was the toilets where to low. Other than that it was great!

This place was perfect for us. It's a beautiful place and the perfect size. We had dolphins outside our balcony everyday and all the other guest were amazing as well. We has a mishap with the lock our first night but a quick chat and a couple phone calls and help was on the way. Within an hour we were back to normal. Just a battery change but just in case they did come back and change the whole lock. Everyone was amazing to work with. We will definitely be back.

Well situated for beach fun. Walk to restaurants shops and bars. Spacious condo. Only thing not up to expectations was the linen. King sheets very old , pilly and should be upgraded.

The condo was amazing. Lots of room for us 4 adults. Really enjoyed the view from the balcony. We spent a lot of our time out there. Saw dolphins everyday and there was a manatee one day. Very walkable to everything. Check in super easy.

Well appointed unit, close to everything on the south end of Clearwater Beach. Exactly as expected and shown in the pictures.

Perfect layout for a family with 3 bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms and also a great location. Easy walk to the beach and great views. However, the condo needs a deep clean! Baseboards, ceiling fans, and floors were very dirty. Our white socks were black on the first day. We had to wipe one of the ceiling fans to even use it as it had an inch of dirt. The cupboards were all a mess and need reorganizing.

Great property. Perfect for six adults. The elevator was out of order from Sunday through our departure on Wednesday. No explanation given or timeframe for repair. Inconvenient for us, but Tough if someone had a physical problem.

The property overall was acceptable. The shower in the master suite had a great deal of mildew. The living room could use blinds to maintain privacy at night.

Great location, beautiful condo. Pool not available at the time we were there. Could not have any food out or make food as little bugs were everywhere, even in the bathrooms.

Condo was great, unfortunately we had a mandatory evacuation order due to hurricane Helene. We received an automatic refund for all nights the order was in effect. Highly recommend.

We did enjoy our stay at this property. At first i couldn't find the silverware. I didnt realize it was in the island of the kitchen. Lol. I was surprised of how big this place was. I did have alittle trouble with closings the door/lock. Seems like you have to pull hard to lock it. Other than that everything was perfect! Definitely want to come back. We really loved our stay!

This was a great condo to stay at in Clearwater Beach. It was close to everything. You could walk to almost everything you would want to do. The condo itself was very nice. The view of the water was very peaceful. Every morning and every night I sat out on the balcony with my family relaxing.

We are return guests to Kevin's condo--we fell in love with it last year, so when we decided to come back to Clearwater Beach, we had fingers crossed it would be available. The condo works well for our family of five adults, though it can accommodate more. The shared spaces (kitchen/family room) are spacious and work very well for spending good times together. The covered balcony is also its own bit of paradise, especially at sunrise in late summer. We didn't take advantage of the pool, which unfortunately is in shade most of the day, but with the beach just a 10-minute walk away, it wasn't a concern to us. Kevin and others who help with arranging condo rentals are responsive and helpful. We're big fans!

We had a great time staying in Clearwater. The apartment was lovely - very clean and in a well placed location. The host was very helpful as well. We would absolutely recommend staying here again.

We had a family vacation here, with 2 families. The layout is great each family has their own side of the condo and bathroom which makes it easy. I thought we were in a great location easy walk to the beach, great view of the inner coastal, great coffee and donut shop around the corner. The only thing I would suggest for the property owner is , less teflon cooking pans, that was my only disappointment a cast iron pan would be nice and stainless steal pots,We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and wanted to cook some meals. Overall O thought it was a nice place for the price.

This unit was very spacious for our group of 6 adults and a 4 year old. Loved looking at the harbour while having morning coffee from the well equipped kitchen.About a 15 minute walk to pier 60 and restaurants.

We had a fabulous time at the property. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning. The property was spacious and kitchen well stocked for cooking meals. We will definitely be back.
